The new InfinityQS Quality Monitor provides real-time monitoring of quality test data. Designed to be virtually "configuration free," the Quality Monitor is simple to implement. When paired with automated data collection it provides operators a snapshot of the quality - status and performance of key manufacturing characteristics.

Quality Monitor - Quality Control Software

WorkStation Quality Monitor
When a workstation computer connects to a single test device or multiple devices in a work center, Quality Monitor can provide real time charts for the most recent device sending test information. As soon as the next device pushes its test values into Statistical Process Control Software ProFicient, Quality Monitor reflects its information.

A station operator can also manually navigate any of the processes recently run on the workstation.

Shop Floor Quality Monitor
Those monitoring quality control activities across an entire shop floor can see real time charts as the most recent test information is pushed into ProFicient. For shop floor supervisors Quality Monitor can display real time charts for the workstation most recently acquiring test data. The shop floor supervisor can also manually navigate to any one of the workstations to see its most recent activity.

Enterprise Quality Monitor
Quality Monitor will behave differently depending on the signed in user. For example, a supervisor whose role is configured with department level access will only see quality data related to his/her department. Database Manager is used to configure roles and employees. A Role's Database Access can be set to Administrator, Database, Company, Division, Site or Department. An Employee can be assigned to a Role and a specific Department.
