To facilitate quality at all stages, the Management has established a Quality Management System in accordance with International Standard ISO 9001:2000 under the supervision of Management Representative (MR) who directly reports to the Managing Director. The MR has the overall responsibility to develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System. The Quality Management System includes Quality Manual as the apex document defining the Company’s Quality policy and Objectives and providing overall guidance in all aspects of Quality Management Systems.

In addition to above Manual, Quality Plans and Procedures for various identified processes have been established to ensure that the products provided by the organization conform to the specified quality and customer requirements. The various standards and specification including Statutory and Regulatory are maintained and used where applicable to demonstrate that the Organization compiles with the specified requirement.
