of the time, process professionals are introducing process in parts of
the organization that are different from theirs. It is sort of a
consultant or an outsider kind of role. There are therefore naturally
many obstacles that Process professionals need to overcome to succeed.
The
root cause of many obstacles come from these organizations that don’t
