Junior & Senior QA
Responsibilities:
Junior QA- Have knowledge of Software Testing including Test Process, test methodology…
- Ability to write TCs, log bug, making test report…
- Ability to understand requirements and write documents in English
- Report to QA Leader/QA Manager
Senior QA
- Participate in Requirements analyzing and developing.
- Ability to apply Process in testing
- Good Black-box testing skills
- Have knowledge of White- box testing skills
- Ability to create Test Plan and test scenario for Security Testing, Performance Testing Perform testing, developing test cases, writing test scripts, test plan, executing tests, analyzing test results. This includes the initial first test manually execution to understand the features that need to be automated.
- Review/rework the developed test scripts
- Team management skills
- Good logical thinking ability
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Report to QA Manager/PM
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above in Business or IT
- Good command of English in writing, listening and speaking.
- Ability to analyze requirements including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs
- At least 2 year experience for Senior QA position
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of CMMI Process and/or Agile Model
• Knowledge of Automation testing with tools: Selenium, JMeter, QTP…
• ISTQB Certification
• Knowledge of testing mobile applications for iPhone, Android and Blackberry
