JOB TITLE : Software Testing Consultant & Trainer

COMPANY PROFILE:
VTB is a largest Software Certification Board and Consultancy body in ASEAN (South East Asia) and looking for Software Testing Consultant and/or Trainer. We got an attractive Pre-Training Program which covers 80%~100% of candidate’s training & Certification fee of international program of “ISTQB-CTFL”, “ISTQB-CTAL”, “ISTQB-Trainer”, “CMMI-Assessor”, “HP Quick Test Pro Certification” and others. Be a pioneer in software testing field in Asia.

POSITION SUMMARY
  • Design and maintain certification system and responsible for all certification and training related work as a Consultant and/or Trainer such as “ISTQB”, “CMMI”, “ISO”, “SPICE”, “TTCN-3”, “ISSECO”, “IREB”, “iNTCCM”, “ISAQB” and etc. 
  • Participate and operating international and national software conference and seminars

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Planning, Maintain, Training, Consulting and supporting international certification and training program such as Supervise status of training budget and control the procedure of external training courses.
  • Regular communication and discussion with training staff and customers regarding of  training progress & results, any issues and corrective action plans required
  • Coordinate with Training Assistant on training logistics, visual aids, training tools/materials e.g training handout, Trainers’ assessment form, etc
  • Shared responsibility to update training materials, product knowledge fact sheet and beauty training materials as assigned
  • Participate and involvement in conference and seminar events as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Years of experience:         4 years+ in Testing related
  • Minimum education level:     Bachelors
  • Language :             English
PREFERENCE
  • ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA, CMMI, ISO, HP, IBM, Borland Certified plus
  • Master or Ph.D degree in IT major plus
  • Lecturing experience in other institute and/or university plus
  • Speak in other Asian Languages (Vietnamese, Thai, Malay, Indonesian, Cambodian, Lao) plus
  • Well groomed, Positive & Mature in thinking
  • Willing to travel abroad
