JOB TITLE : CMMI / ISO / Process Improvment Consultant

COMPANY PROFILE:
VTB is a largest Software Certification Board and Consultancy body in ASEAN (South East Asia) , is looking for CMMI / ISO / Test Process Improvment Consultant. We got an attractive Pre-Training Program which covers 80%~100% of candidate’s training & Certification fee of international program of “ISTQB-CTFL”, “ISTQB-CTAL”, “ISTQB-Trainer”, “CMMI-Assessor”, “HP Quick Test Pro Certification” and others. Be a pioneer in software testing field in Asia.

POSITION SUMMARY
  • Provide CMMI Training, Assessement and Consulting to meet international Process Improvment and Assessment definition. 
  • Provide ISO 15504 / SPICE Training, Assessement and Consulting
  • Provide Software Testing Process Improvement Training, Assessnebt and Consulting
  • Participate and operating international and national software conference and seminars

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Planning, Maintain, Training, Consulting and supporting CMMI / ISO / Process Improvment program
  • Gap Analysis, Action Planning, Process Definition Support, Process Implementation Support
  • Pre-Appraisal, Team Training, Appraisal Planning, Readiness Review, SCAMPI A Onsite Appraisal, Appraisal Closure and Reporting
  • Participate and involvement in conference and seminar events as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Years of experience:         4 years+ in Process Improvement, Project Manager, Testing related
  • Minimum education level:     Bachelors
  • Language :             English
PREFERENCE
  • CMMI, ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA, ISO, HP, IBM, Borland Certified plus
  • Master or Ph.D degree in IT major plus
  • Lecturing experience in other institute and/or university plus
  • Speak in other Asian Languages (Vietnamese, Thai, Malay, Indonesian, Cambodian, Lao) plus
  • Well groomed, Positive & Mature in thinking
  • Willing to travel abroad
