Job description:

*****Project Leaders*****

- Have more than 2 years experience in developing software projects

- Have experience in leading and mananing projects

- Have abilily to work independently

- Good knowledge and experience about .Net, JAVA, PHP

- Be able to to set up teamwork, knowing the detail of teamwork exactly, manage team's WBS

- Be able to train others and communicate to the other part

- Be able to use Japanese ( Equal as 2 kyu)

- Report to Manager directly

- Willing to join to coding tasks if requested

 

***** Developers *****

 - Have at least 1 year experience in using about .Net, JAVA, PHP

- Ability of using Japanese is plus
- Knowledge about Spring.Net, Struts, CakePHP, Symphony, Smarty …

- Good at English. Japanese is an advantage.

 

 ***** Testers *****

 Possesses high level for all of testing skills:
- Developing test plan, test cases and other testing related artifacts.
- Test execution.
- Demonstrates the ability to analyze a problem and complete detailed reports.
- Able to methodically produce the steps which exhibit bugs in the product and be able to reproduce and communicate these steps.
- Shows initiative in gaining in-depth experience in areas of technology relevant to testing of given software products.
- Good at English. Japanese is an advantage.
- Able to test Softwares written in Japanese
- Can use Automation Test Tool is a plus
Bachelor degree in computer science or IT
- Careful and creative thinking
- Good at speaking, writing, listening English.
- Be able to communicate in Japanese is a plus
- Ability to work individually and in a team under high pressure.
