REPORTING TO: IT Director
NATIONALITY: Vietnamese
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Deploy/install, maintain, upgrade IT equipments and standard applications.
- Support the school’s users to troubleshoot the problems occurring on their desktops including problems with IT equipments, OS and standard applications.
- Manage, update inventory for all IT equipments.
- Train users on correct and efficient use of hardware/software applications and ensure that it is complied to the organization’s IT policy.
- Operate helpdesk service.
Kỹ năng yêu cầu:
- At least bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of networks and systems administration.
- Good command of English (both written and verbal).
- Very good practical knowledge in desktop hardware, office devices (PCs, laptops, printers…), operating systems (Windows 2000, XP) and various office applications.
- Practical experience in an English-speaking environment is preferable.
- Hard working, excellent problem solving skills and good aptitude for learning new technology.
- Interview will be done in English, application documents should be in both English and Vietnamese.
EXPECTED DATE OF COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible
